New Pavement Management Fundamentals Training

Learn about Pavement Management Fundamentals today!

The National Highway Institute (NHI) is offering you an opportunity to improve your knowledge in pavement management programs online.

Pavement Management Fundamentals will discuss a pavement management program's fundamental principles and structure. The course explains the purpose of pavement management, its core components, and the critical role pavement management plays in supporting other highway transportation agency functions and programs, such as planning and programming, pavement design, and asset management.

The course is for practitioners who manage roadways and highways with little to no experience in pavement management or those interested in refreshing their knowledge of pavement management programs or systems. Roadway or highway agency administrators and leaders may complete the first module, Introduction to Pavement Management Concepts, to familiarize themselves with pavement management's role in a transportation agency.

Register for this training on the NHI website to learn what value core pavement management functions provide to pavement management and other agency business processes and programs.

131116 Pavement Management Fundamentals WBT

Register for this training to explore the basic principles and structure of a pavement management program. The intent of this course is not to explain how core pavement management functions are conducted.
