2. Register for the webinar at: https://collaboration.fhwa.dot.gov/dot/fhwa/WC/Lists/Seminars/DispForm.aspx?ID=2184
3. Enter the login & password credentials setup through Step #1, when prompted.

Registration for US DOT users:
