Tribal/Rural/Nonprofit Focus: Reconnecting Communities Grant Program Overview Webinar  

DOT is hosting a webinar on the new Reconnecting Communities Pilot (RCP) discretionary grant program specifically aimed at Tribal, rural, small local government, and nonprofit applicants, and applicants newer to applying to DOT grants on August 4, 2022, at 3:00 pm EST. Register here 

 

This webinar will provide a general overview of the program, examples applicable to rural and Tribal communities, the role of non-profits, and thoroughly explain eligibility and match requirements.

Topics will include pre-requisites, eligibility, award and cost sharing information, and project readiness evaluation requirements related specifically to Capital Construction grant applications. Benefit Cost Analysis Webinar  

DOT is hosting a Benefit Cost Analysis (BCA) webinar specifically for the Reconnecting Communities Pilot Program (RCP) on Tuesday, August 30 at 3:00 pm EST. This webinar will cover departmental guidance for BCA as it relates to the RCP discretionary grant program application. In addition to a brief overview of the RCP Program, the webinar will include a presentation of project-specific BCA examples from the Office of the Chief Economist. BCA is required for Capital Construction applications for the RCP program. Register here
