Do you know about the FAA’s video series for DERs? The videos target five topics that cover pre-employment testing; random testing; the return-to-duty process; the collection process; and education. The videos portray scenarios based on real-life situations that often lead to an employer being out of compliance, and provide best practices to help the DER (or program manager) Do Everything Right.
