Dear Stakeholder Community,

I am pleased to announce that Shanae Moody has been selected to be OFCCP’s Southeast Regional Director, effective Monday, October 7, 2024.

Shanae has served as Special Assistant in the National Office since 2022, working alongside OFCCP and DOL leadership on key agency priorities. She joined OFCCP in 2008 as a Compliance Investigator in the Philadelphia District Office. In 2016, she joined the Mid-Atlantic Regional Office as a Regional Liaison, assisting the Director of Regional Operations in enforcement oversight for the region’s five district offices. She served as the Assistant District Director for the Arlington District Office in Arlington, VA, in 2018 and later was promoted to District Director, overseeing the Arlington District Office and Richmond Area Office.

Shanae has over 15 years of in-depth field experience and significant institutional and historical knowledge regarding past and current policy, enforcement, and operational initiatives. Shanae has extensive experience resolving impactful systemic discrimination cases, including compensation and construction cases, and complaint investigations. Her efforts throughout her time with OFCCP have been at the forefront of innovation, strengthening the agency's enforcement program and training staff to be comprehensive investigators. Shanae received her bachelor’s degree from the University of Maryland, College Park and her master’s degree from Temple University.

I look forward to working with Shanae in her new role as Regional Director for the Southeast Region.
