The Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs to participate in first ever Workers Memorial Day ceremony and event
On April 24, 2024, the Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs will participate in the U.S. Department of Labor, Occupational Safety and Health Administration’s first Workers Memorial Expo from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. in the Frances Perkins Building (200 Constitution Avenue, NW, Washington, DC) to honor and recognize fallen workers and to educate on the importance of workplace safety to prevent future tragedies.
OFCCP will participate from 9:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. and encourages federal contractors and subcontractors to learn from OSHA and answer questions related to equal employment opportunity.
We invite laborers, union members, federal contractors and subcontractors, members of the public, and families of fallen workers to attend the expo and learn more.
