Dear Stakeholder Community,

I am pleased to announce that Ronald (Ronny) Sullivan has been selected as the Southwest and Rocky Mountain (SWARM) Regional Director for the Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs. Ronny served as the Deputy Regional Director for the SWARM Region since 2022. Over the years, he was promoted to regional liaison and the Director of Regional Operations. During his tenure, Ronny also served as the Acting District Director for the Dallas and Denver District Offices. He joined OFCCP in 2006 as a compliance officer. Ronny has over 17 years of in-depth field work and significant institutional and historical knowledge regarding past and current policy, enforcement, and operational initiatives in the SWARM Region.

Ronny has a substantial background in investigating systemic discrimination cases in various industries and negotiated impactful settlements throughout his tenure with OFCCP. Between 2019 and 2021, he helped the region settle nearly 60 discrimination cases totaling $26.5 million in financial remedies. Given Ronny’s extensive OFCCP experience in the SWARM Region, he is equipped to effectively implement the mission of the agency and the Department and lead the Region to successfully identify and resolve high-impact systemic discrimination cases.

Ronny’s successful OFCCP career is a testament to his commitment to enforcing civil rights. His innovation and dedication to constantly learn demonstrate his ability to lead OFCCP into the future.
