OFCCP Releases Supply and Service Scheduling Letter Course for Contractors
The U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) recently updated the letter it uses to schedule supply and service contractors for compliance reviews.
Today, we have released a course on the revised Supply and Service Scheduling Letter and Itemized Listing in the Contractor Compliance Institute (CCI). The 20-minute course covers changes to the scheduling letter, clarifies requirements, and explains new requests for information.
CCI is an online learning platform developed by the agency to help federal contractors comply with their equal employment opportunity obligations. Contractors can take this course or any of the courses in CCI by logging into an existing account or creating a new account. For assistance with CCI, please contact OFCCP's Help Desk at 1-800-397-6251 or go online for assistance.
The updated scheduling letter applies to supply and service compliance reviews scheduled on or after August 24, 2023. For additional information on the scheduling letter, please take the course or read OFCCP's Frequently Asked Questions.
