Today, the Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) published the latest Corporate Scheduling Announcement List (CSAL), which is comprised of 750 Supply and Service establishment-based full compliance reviews, Corporate Management Compliance Evaluations (CMCE), Functional Affirmative Action Program (FAAP) Reviews and University Reviews.
The CSAL is a courtesy notification to:
- Provide contractors at least 45-days advance notice to prepare for the compliance evaluation; and
- Encourage contractors to take advantage of OFCCP compliance assistance offerings.
OFCCP has published the methodology for developing this list as well as frequently asked questions (FAQs) where answers to other matters related to this topic are included.
If you believe a facility should not be selected for evaluation, please send an email to the OFCCP Scheduling Mailbox at ofccp-dpo-scheduling@dol.gov. OFCCP will respond to the inquiry promptly.
