Thank you for being a registered user of the Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) Contractor Assistance Portal. OFCCP regularly evaluates its stakeholder engagement and compliance assistance efforts to ensure that the agency provides useful, effective and consistent compliance assistance to federal contractors. To improve efficiency and better integrate compliance assistance efforts, OFCCP will discontinue the Contractor Assistance Portal on March 1, 2021.
OFCCP remains committed to quality compliance assistance and will strengthen its compliance assistance efforts through continuous improvements to Compliance Assistance Guides, Searchable Frequently Asked Questions, Public Webinars, the training made available through the Contractor Compliance Institute, and more. In addition to these published materials available on OFCCP’s website, OFCCP’s field offices provide localized technical assistance events. The agency also conducts other stakeholder engagement activities such as listening sessions and town halls.
