The Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) launched a landing page for Executive Order 13950, Combating Race and Sex Stereotyping, issued by the President on September 22, 2020. While the order took effect immediately, federal contractors’ specific requirements apply only to federal contracts entered into beginning November 21, 2020.

Request For Information – OFCCP published a request for information (RFI) seeking information about federal contractor and subcontractor training, workshops, or similar programming provided to employees. Federal contractors, subcontractors and their employees are encouraged to provide materials in response to the RFI.

OFCCP Complaint Hotline to Combat Race and Sex Stereotyping – Employees can file complaints regarding training programs that they believe violate Executive Order 13950 at OFCCPComplaintHotline@dol.gov or 202-343-2008. OFCCP will investigate complaints following its standard complaint procedures, as detailed in the Federal Contract Compliance Manual.
