OFCCP recently announced that it would be conducting focused reviews on promotions and accommodations. To help contractors understand how these focus reviews will be conducted and provide compliance assistance to help federal contractors understand and meet their equal employment opportunity obligations, OFCCP is launching new landing pages for Promotions Focused Reviews and Accommodations Focused Reviews.
So what does this mean for you? Here is a breakdown of some of the key items you will find on these landing pages:
- You will find an overview of Promotions Focused Reviews and Accommodations Focused Reviews and what each type of review will look like when a Compliance Officer is assigned to evaluate your company.
- You will find answers to what you can expect during one of the two focused reviews on the frequently asked questions pages.
In the coming months, OFCCP will update the pages to include best practices and other types of resources for both types of focused reviews.
You can learn more about focused reviews by reviewing Directive 2018-04, which established focused reviews under Executive Order 11246, Section 503 and VEVRAA.
