The Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) remains fully operational during the COVID-19 pandemic.

OFCCP’s Functional Affirmative Action Program (FAAP) team is working remotely and is continuing to process Functional Affirmative Action Program requests and certifications. During the pandemic, we have made adjustments to ensure that we continue to maintain a high level of service for stakeholders consistent with current public health guidelines.

• For FAAP contractors, and contractors interested in entering into FAAP agreements, we are available to meet by phone, WebEx, and Skype.
• All requests for agreement modifications, new application requests, updates, and certifications of FAAP agreements will be emailed for review and electronic signature.
• Finalized agreements will be signed by the Director and returned to the contractor electronically.

If contractors are experiencing any challenges related to COVID-19, OFCCP will remain flexible by coordinating with them and providing reasonable extensions where needed. FAAP contractors should reach out to OFCCP’s FAAP unit at OFCCP_FAAP-UNIT@dol.gov if they have any questions regarding their agreements.
