The OFCCP Contractor Assistance Portal is Here

OFCCP launched our new Contractor Assistance Portal today to improve compliance assistance and increase transparency for contractors and stakeholders.

You can use the new OFCCP Contractor Assistance Portal to ask questions, search our library of frequently asked questions, and access helpful reference and compliance assistance materials.

Join the Contractor Assistance Portal

When asking questions using our new online help desk, users will receive verified answers from OFCCP. This portal allows users to ask questions without attribution. We plan to continuously update the online help desk with new features and compliance assistance resources. This initiative also brings OFCCP one step closer to completing our 2017 Town Hall Action Plan.

The Contractor Assistance Portal is the latest compliance assistance resource produced by OFCCP in coordination with the U.S. Department of Labor's Office of Compliance Initiatives.
