• A Desk Aid to the Criminal Antitrust Anti-Retaliation Act (CAARA) Whistleblower Provision explains protected activity and provides procedures for investigating complaints.

The OSHA and American Staffing Association (ASA) Alliance developed responses to Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) about temporary workers.

Occupational Hearing Conservation Resource

The OSHA and Council for Accreditation in Occupational Hearing Conservation (CAOHC) Alliance developed a pamphlet, Hearing Threshold Shifts, Audiometric Testing and Recordability on the OSHA Form 300.

National Demolition Association Resource

The OSHA and National Demolition Association (NDA) Alliance developed a resource on Pre-Apprenticeship Guidelines for New Demolition Industry Employees.
