Fall Stand-Down 2024

The 11th annual National Safety Stand-Down to Prevent Falls will be May 6-10, 2024. The poster is available in English and Spanish. CPWR is accepting orders for hard hat stickers and hazard alert cards here through April 24, 2024.

Fall Protection Hazard Alert

We released a new hazard alert: Lanyards and Lifelines can be Severed on Exposed Edges during Falls in English and Spanish.

Ladder Safety Resource

We revised the fact sheet, Reducing Falls in Construction: Safe Use of Job-made Wooden Ladders.

Silica Resource

The Small Entity Compliance Guide for the silica standard for construction has been revised and is now in Spanish.

New Food Processing Resource

We published a new hazard alert in English and Spanish on Severe Injuries in the Food Processing Industry.

Worksite Poster in Additional Languages

The OSHA Job Safety and Health "It's the Law" poster is now available in Russian, Swahili, and Ukrainian.

Cleaning Chemicals InfoSheet Now in Spanish

Our joint publication with NIOSH, Protecting Workers Who Use Cleaning Chemicals, is now in English and Spanish.

Asbestos Fact Sheet in Spanish

Our fact sheet, Protecting Workers from Hazards of Asbestos-Containing Flooring Material Maintenance, is now in Spanish.

Whistleblower Resources

A new wallet card, Filing a Workplace Complaint - Choosing the Right One, is in English and Spanish.
Our updated fact sheet, Protection for Reporting Money Laundering, is in English and Spanish.
Our poster, Retaliation for Speaking Up Is Not Ok, is now in Haitian Creole.
Our Workers Have Rights Card is now in Portuguese and Haitian Creole.

New Safety and Health Topics Page

OSHA's new Tickborne Disease Safety and Health Topic page addresses risk of exposure to disease-carrying ticks.
