The U.S. Office of Personnel Management (OPM) serves as the chief human resources agency and personnel policy manager for the Federal Government. OPM has just released a proposal to update the Pathways Programs regulations. #POWERTOPUMP INITIATIVE
This August, we celebrate National Breastfeeding Month! The enactment of the PUMP Act in December 2022 extended critical worker protections to millions more workers. The PUMP Act ensures that almost every nursing worker now has the right to break time and a private space to express breast milk for their nursing child. The Office of Apprenticeship is proud to support these new workplace rights for countless teachers, nurses, home care workers, farm workers, truck and taxi drivers, managers and other professionals who now have greater protections and peace of mind.
