Fact Sheet on Expanded Reporting Requirements

A new fact sheet helps employers understand recently-expanded  requirements for submitting injury and illness information electronically to OSHA beginning January 1, 2024. For more information, visit osha.gov/recordkeeping.

OSHA's Workers' Rights Vertical Wallet Card has been revised and is available in English, Spanish, Arabic, Karen, Portuguese, Somali, and Vietnamese.

New hard hat stickers reminding workers to stay hydrated at work are available for order in English and Spanish.

Heat Brochure in More Languages

OSHA's Prevent Heat Illness at Work brochure is now available in 20 languages. The latest translations include Czech, French, Nepali, Eastern Punjabi and Western Punjabi.

OSHA published a new brochure, Losing a Loved One on the Job, in English and Spanish.

OSHA's On-Site Consultation Program Brochure is now available in thirteen languages: EnglishSpanish, Arabic, Brazilian Portuguese, Chinese Simplified, Chinese Traditional, French, German, Japanese, Korean, Russian, Tagalog, and Vietnamese.

"It's the Law" Poster in 14 Languages

OSHA's Job Safety and Health: It's the Law poster was recently translated into Somali.


Four Disease-Related Fact Sheets Now in Spanish and Polish

Four OSHA fact sheets- Avian Flu, Seasonal FluDisease-Carrying Ticks, and Mpox/Monkeybox- have been translated into Spanish and Polish.
