Workers Memorial Day

Every year, on April 28, the nation recognizes Workers Memorial Day. On this day, we pay our respects to those who lost their lives on the job and recognize the impact these tragic losses have on families, co-workers, and communities. The Department of Labor is hosting a virtual event from 1:00 pm – 2:00 pm ET that is open to the general public. The live steam will feature a candid conversation on the impact of losing a family member and coworker on the job by those left to grieve their loss.
