Management Leadership means there is commitment at the top to provide the leadership, vision, and resources needed to implement an effective safety and health program. When management leadership is prioritized, workers know safety and health are important to business success.

Partner Highlight: Illinois OSHA
Thank you to the Illinois Department of Labor (IDOL) for promoting the Safe + Sound End-of-year Infographic ! During Safe + Sound Week, IDOL’s Director, Michael Kleinik said, “Health and safety are key concerns for IDOL and its Illinois OSHA program year round, and the Safe and Sound Week is an excellent opportunity to highlight how vital it is for public agencies and private businesses to develop safety and health programs to protect their employees.” Illinois OSHA shows their commitment to safety and health throughout the year by offering an on-site consultation program designed to help businesses identify potential hazards and recognize existing measures that are effective. We appreciate IDOL’s and Illinois OSHA’s efforts in helping businesses build safer workplaces.
