EBSA Website Update – New Online Search Tools for Top Hat Plan Statements and Apprenticeship and Training Plan Notices Filed with the Department of Labor

The U.S. Department of Labor’s Employee Benefits Security Administration made available two new online search tools. The first allows users to search and view Top Hat Plan Statements filed with the Department of Labor (under 29 CFR 2520.104-23) for certain pension plans maintained by an employer for a select group, management or highly compensated employees. The second allows users to search and view Apprenticeship and Training Plan Notices filed with the Department of Labor (under 29 CFR 25230.104-22). Results can be printed or downloaded to Excel.
