Stop, Look, and Listen to Your Workers

Are you listening to what your workers are saying when it comes to safety?  Make sure your safety conversations are constructive and that workers can participate without fear of retaliation.  Use Better Safety Conversations, a new product from the Safe + Sound Campaign, to improve the safety dialogue with workers in your organization and OSHA’s Recommended Practices for Anti-Retaliation Programs to help workers feel comfortable communicating their safety concerns.
