Review OJP's Part 200 Uniform Requirements webpage to be prepared with questions. This webpage details what has changed—and what stays the same—for OJP awards dated before, on, and after October 1, 2024.
As a reminder, the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) updated several parts of its governmentwide guidance in Title 2 of the Code of Federal Regulations, including the requirements in 2 C.F.R. Part 200, which are commonly referred to as the "Part 200 Uniform Requirements." On October 1, 2024, these updated requirements became effective for all OJP applicants and funding recipients.
