OVC FY24 Emergency and Transitional Pet Shelter and Housing Grant Program
This program will provide funding for shelter and transitional housing and other assistance to victims of domestic violence and their companion animals.

OVC FY24 Jabara-Heyer NO HATE Act State-Run Hate Crime Reporting Hotlines
This program will provide funding for state agencies to establish state-run hate crime reporting hotlines designed to assist victims who might otherwise be reluctant to report hate crimes.
