Kicking Off the Fiscal Year 2024 BJA Funding SeasonÂ
The Bureau of Justice Assistance (BJA) is officially kicking off the FY 2024 funding season! BJA funding will help state, local, and tribal governments, as well as public and private entities address chronic and emerging criminal justice challenges in their communities.âŻÂ
BJA strongly recommends potential applicants start the System for Award Management (SAM) registration process as soon as possible. This will allow the time necessary to process entity validations well in advance of the Grants.gov due date.âŻIf you're registered with SAM, you already have a Unique Entity ID, and must renew your registration every 365 days to keep it active.âŻÂ
