Four Notifications Confirm SF-424 and SF-LLL Submission
After submitting the SF-424 and SF-LLL in Grants.gov, applicants should receive four email notifications from Grants.gov within 48 hours. The notifications will include:
- A submission receipt
- A validation receipt
- A grantor agency retrieval receipt
- An agency tracking number assignment
Within 24 hours of receiving the four confirmation emails from Grants.gov, applicants can expect to receive an email from JustGrants with instructions on how to log in to JustGrants. This email will be sent to the individual identified in Section 8.F of the SF-424.
Further instructions on getting started in JustGrants after applying in Grants.gov are outlined in step 3 of the DOJ Application Submission Checklist.
To allow time to receive the validation or rejection notifications, applicants are advised to submit their SF-424 and SF-LLL at least 72 hours in advance of the Grants.gov deadline.
