CADCA Hosts 36th Annual National Leadership Forum
CADCA’s annual National Leadership Forum will be held February 2-5, 2026 at National Harbor, MD.
This national training event is for community leaders, coalition members, and advocates committed to the prevention field. CADCA equips coalitions with the tools, knowledge, and support necessary to create positive change in their communities. With over 4,000 attendees from across the globe, CADCA will share insights, learn best practices, and network with like-minded professionals. Featuring over 100 workshops, plenary sessions with renowned speakers, and countless opportunities for professional development, the 2026 CADCA Forum is an opportunity to gain the resources needed to drive positive change. This event includes SAMHSA Prevention Day and Capitol Hill Day.
This year's theme is Resilient Communities, Lasting Change. The National Leadership Forum is where leaders from every corner of the country come together to exchange strategies, elevate best practices, and strengthen their role as changemakers. The next National Prescription Drug Take Back Day will be held Saturday, April 25, 2026. Events will be 10:00 am to 2:00 pm local time.
For sixteen years, DEA’s National Prescription Drug Take Back Day has helped Americans safely dispose of unneeded medications—those that are old, unwanted, or expired—to prevent drug misuse and abuse. Take Back Day offers free and anonymous disposal of unneeded medications at nearly 4,500 drop-off locations nationwide.
The Partnership Toolbox will be updated in early April.
