Don't Give Your Information Away During the Holidays

Don't give your personal information away this holiday season! The Drug Enforcement Administration is warning the public of widespread fraud in which scammers impersonate DEA agents.

DEA will never contact members of the public or medical practitioners to demand money or payments. DEA notifies individuals of investigations or legal action in the form of a letter.
Never give money or gift cards to someone you don’t know.
If you do receive a call from someone claiming to be with DEA, report the incident at ic3.gov.
