FY 2025 Notice of Funding Opportunity Announcement

NOW OPEN: FY 2025 Grants to Enhance Community-based Services for Survivors of Domestic Violence, Dating Violence, Sexual Assault, and Stalking Program (CSSP) Notice of Funding Opportunity (NOFO)

The CSSP supports the maintenance and replication of domestic violence, dating violence, sexual assault, and stalking services in community-based programs that offer culturally specific services and other resources; and the development of innovative community-based programming that improves access to services and resources for victims who face obstacles to using traditional services.

Eligible entities are community-based organizations that aim to enhance access to services for all survivors of domestic violence, dating violence, sexual assault, and stalking in their communities and that have demonstrated expertise in serving victims or can partner with a program having such expertise.

Expected Award Period: 36 months

Expected Award Amounts: $400,000 - $475,000

Important Dates and Information: 

  • Optional letter of intent: July 15, 2025
  • Application deadline for Grants.gov: August 1, 2025 – 11:59 p.m. ET
  • Application deadline for JustGrants: August 5, 2025 – 8:59 p.m. ET

To submit an application, all applicants must register online with the System for Award Management (SAM) and with Grants.gov. To ensure sufficient time to complete the registration process, applicants should register online with SAM and with Grants.gov immediately, and by July 10, 2025.
