Notice: Additional IBC Credentialing Services Now Operational

Dear Valued Customers,

This message is to announce Interior Business Center's (IBC) Personnel Security and Credentialing's Fixed Credentialing Unit (FCU) and Light Activation Station (LAS) are now both operational as of August 12, 2024. The Personnel Security Branch (PSB) has successfully moved into Building 48 and both our FCU and LAS are located in the front lobby. We can now accept appointments for fingerprint enrollments, activations, certificate updates, and PIN resets. Please contact psb_credentialing@ibc.doi.gov with any questions.

Please utilize Identity, Credential, & Access Management's (ICAM) website to navigate to the USAccess Scheduler in order to schedule an appointment.

Note: Our new address is ONE DENVER FEDERAL CENTER, BLDG 48, Denver, CO 80225.
