Thank you for your patience during this edrugtest.com to MYeSCREEN.com transition. Here are the latest updates.
Closure: Edrugtest.com will be inaccessible after 10/31/23. If your account access has not already transitioned, you will receive a message on your future transition date. All records that existed in eDrug have been moved over to MYeSCREEN.
Active tests: If you are still able to schedule tests in eDrug, you may continue to do so until your transition. These testing events will be moved over to MYeSCREEN. In the rare instance you schedule a test while your account is being transitioned, you may lose visibility of this test. Email fedsupport@escreen.com if this occurs.
Deactivated accounts: Per IT protocols, users in eDrug were deactivated after 90 days of inactivity. If a user had a deactivated account in eDrug, it didn’t move to MYeSCREEN. Contact your Agency’s Drug Program Coordinator who will then contact fedsupport@escreen.com and authorize the access.
Training: Abbott will provide live training on Tuesday, 10/31/2023 from 11:00 AM - 12:00 PM Eastern and Thursday, 11/2/2023 from 3:00 - 4:00 PM Eastern. Use the links below to add the events to your calendar.
On demand training; You can access the MYeSCREEN training guide and in the future there will be modules available on the Drug & Alcohol Testing Branch’s website.
Future functionality: There will be further updates to some of the current functionality. These changes will be communicated once they are made.
