Employee Express (EEX) has locked some user accounts due to an issue that requires examination. The impacted users will be notified by email that their account has been locked.
Locked users may be reaching out to the HR offices for assistance (e.g. to get copies of their Leave and Earning Statements or to have changes made on their behalf). This is a reminder for the HR offices that any transaction changes can be made on the EEX Admin site or in FPPS.
There is no estimated time on how long EEX’s examination will take. Thank you for assisting users until you hear from us that the issue has been resolved.
