As part of our ongoing commitment to improving your customer experience, we are pleased to announce that the DOI Customer Support Center (CSC) will soon roll out a new call center solution.
This transition will result in changes to the CSC phone number and call menu (phone tree).
With a planned launch date in early March, the new call center solution will make it easier for you to communicate with our customer support staff. Customers will have access to new features such as a call back option and estimated wait time notification.
As we get closer to the launch date, we will share the new phone number and details about the enhanced functionality available to our customers.
