Subject: Coming Soon: New CSC Call Center Solution and Updated Phone Number

As part of our ongoing commitment to improving your customer experience, we are pleased to announce that the DOI Customer Support Center (CSC) will soon roll out a new call center solution.
This transition will result in changes to the CSC phone number and call menu (phone tree).
With a planned launch date in early March, the new call center solution will make it easier for you to communicate with our customer support staff. Customers will have access to new features such as a call back option and estimated wait time notification.
As we get closer to the launch date, we will share the new phone number and details about the enhanced functionality available to our customers.

Transition
To ensure a smooth transition, the legacy CSC phone numbers – 720-673-9958 and 888-367-1622 – will remain operational until further notice. After the new solution goes live, customers can find the updated CSC phone number and menu at www.doi.gov/ocio/customers/csc.
CSC email addresses will remain unchanged for now. Customers will still be able to use the specific email addresses listed at www.doi.gov/ocio/customers/csc for the respective IBC services.
