Cost of Living Allowance (COLA) Rates for 2023 |
|
This memorandum provides client agencies with the 2023 COLA rates for Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, Puerto Rico, the Northern Mariana Islands, and the Virgin Islands. COLA rates have been reduced for 2023. COLA rates are based on the Non-Foreign Area Retirement Equity Assurance Act and are effective 01/01/2023.
