For security reasons, Employee Express made a change to user access. If users do not log in to their accounts within 60 days of their last login, their accounts will be deactivated. The only way for a user to reactivate a deactivated account is with a Security Code that is received after entering a help ticket.
In light of this change, Employee Express reactivated all "Deactivated" accounts on December 21st, at 1:00pm Eastern Time, which reset the deactivation clock. If any users received the “Deactivated” message before 1:00pm Eastern Time on December 21st, 2022, please have them try and log in to Employee Express again.
Moving forward, please remember users must log in at least every 60 days or their accounts will be deactivated.
