SUBJECT:

2022 Fiscal Year (FY) End Processing - SSA

For 2022 FY end processing, pay period (PP) 2022-21, the Federal Personnel and Pay System (FPPS) will produce a split Accounting Interface file. The file for the current FY year will contain payroll costs for the period of September 25-30, 2022 and will use the normal naming convention. Payroll costs that appear on the current year Accounting Interface file will include pay codes not related to a specific day such as Travel Reimbursement (TRV).  The Accounting Interface file for the new FY will contain costs for the period of October 1-8, 2022 and will contain “NEW.FY” at the end of the file name. Both files will be available following the calculate process for PP 2022-21.  There will be only one FPPS Summary Reconciliation Report available in Datamart which will contain the total charge for PP 2022-21.
