Subject: Update – Albuquerque Data Center VPN connections

As you are aware, IBC recently migrated our systems to a new data center in Albuquerque. We are currently backhauling network traffic through the Denver Data Center.
As part of the finalization of the migration to the Albuquerque Data Center, we will utilize our disaster recovery tools to transition existing VPN connections to the Albuquerque Data Center. This will eliminate the need to set up new connections. Customers will just need to test to make sure that the migrated VPN connections are working properly.
VPN Connection Testing
Because your agency uses a VPN as your primary connection to IBC's systems, we will need your assistance in testing your VPN connection to ensure continuity of service. The migration of existing VPN connections in scheduled for Wednesday, June 29, 2022 at 5pm MT. We would like to ask that someone on your staff join the following testing bridge NLT 5:30pm MT on Wednesday, June 29, 2022 to validate your connection:
