Reminder of FMCSA Clearinghouse Requirements for CDL hires

Are you hiring a Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) holder at the Department of the Interior? The Department of Transportation’s Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) requires a query be performed for any perspective applicant.  IBC can assist you with this query.

Pre-Employment Query

When you schedule the applicant’s drug test, you are required to submit the standardized query request/consent form for all applicants to perform FMCSA regulated duties.  Email IBCDrugTestingStaff@ibc.doi.gov if you need a copy of the form.
