Reminder: Consolidated Appropriations Act, 2021 Pay Related Legislative Changes |

This message is being sent as a reminder regarding our April 7, 2021, User Group memo “Consolidated Appropriations Act, 2021 Pay Related Legislative Changes” https://ibc.doi.gov/HRD/UG-Message/memo-consolidated-appropriations-act-2021-pay-related-legislative-changes. Please note: A separate memo will be issued for DOI Bureaus impacted by the Special Premium Pay Cap for Wildland Firefighters in 2021, no later than February 10, 2022.
We are requesting the spreadsheets (referenced under 'Agency actions: Phase 2' of the April 7, 2021 memo) be submitted to us no later than March 25, 2022. Within one week of confirmed receipt of the spreadsheets, the Payroll Operations Branch (POB) will notify the sender with the pay period (PP) each audit will completed, and payment will be issued. It is our expectation that the information will be shared with the impacted employees. As a result, employees should not contact the Customer Support Center unless they have not received their payment within the PP communicated by POB.
If User Group Representatives have questions, they may contact any of the POB POCs listed in the April 7, 2021 memo.
