Based on the 2022 Federal Holiday Schedule, early submission of Time and Attendance Reports for all clients is required one business day earlier than the usual time frame. Please make special note of this schedule for the following pay periods (PPs) and mark your calendars accordingly:

As a reminder, the 2022 earnings year has 26 PPs from December 19, 2021, through December 17, 2022, and the leave year has 26 PPs from January 2, 2022, through December 31, 2022. Attached is a copy of the 2022 Payroll Schedule calendar. You may also click here to print and save the calendar through the IBC website. To order copies of the 19” X 24” Payroll Schedule calendar, fax an appropriate requisition form, or memorandum, listing the number of Payroll Schedules needed and the address to which they should be sent.
