If you still have a hard copy of your Form W-2 sent to you by mail, please take a moment to consider the benefits of switching off the “W-2 Hard Copy” in favor of online access:
- View, print and save your W-2 conveniently on a safe and secure website at any time from any device.
- Reduce the risk of identity theft associated with a lost or stolen form.
- Get earlier access: W-2s are available online in January before hard copies are mailed.
- View one W-2 for multiple states or localities.
- For Form W-2C, Corrected Wage and Tax Statements, access the latest information, we update these daily.
- Help save costs by lowering postage.
- Support an environmentally friendly, paperless alternative.

Employee Express allows active employees to access their Form W-2 electronically. If you would like to change your election from a printed and mailed hard copy to an electronic version for 2020, and future years, follow these three easy steps:
- Log in to Employee Express
- Click on W-2 Hard Copy On/Off
- Change your “W-2 Statement Hard Copy” to Off
If you would like to make the election for the electronic Form W-2 for the 2021 tax year, you must switch hard copy to off no later than December 27, 2021.
If an employee is requesting a change of address through the U.S. Postal Service, we encourage those requests be made no later than December 17, 2021, to ensure their tax forms are forwarded to the correct address. You can review and make changes to your address via Employee Express.
If you elect the electronic W-2, you agree and acknowledge that you will obtain your Form W-2 directly from EEX and a hard copy will not be mailed to you. (Employees who separate will automatically receive a hard copy by mail.)
