Turnaround time averages for paper Custody and Control Forms (CCFs) vs. eCCF collections from the date collected to the date reported by the Medical Review Officer (MRO) reveal that eCCF is the quicker option.
You’ll get results faster by using this scheduling option. Data from 10/1/2020 – 8/31/2021 shows results post from eCCF in 1.85 days compared to 4 business days with the paper process.

The Main Interior Building Collection Room has been closed since March 19, 2020, and donors should not report to 1849 C Street, NW in Washington, DC. IBC continues to work with several entities planning for a safe reopening. Our team will send a follow-up message when we schedule a reopening date, as well as share any changes occurred because of pandemic-related precautions.
