Display message when users login alerting users to new message in command MSGS
Description:
When a new message of the day is posted in FPPS display a message when users log in notifying them to check the messages in MSGS, can display message for 1-2 days after message has been posted. This will allow all users to see the messages and have users not rely on the user group reps to pass messages along. This can also be used to post training material that will allow users to become more equipped with knowledge needed to utilize FPPS to its fullest capacity.
