This is an update to the January 11, 2021 memo regarding the Payroll Tax Deferral Repayment
To address your questions regarding the Payroll Tax Deferral Repayment, IBC has developed Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) and will update them periodically as new information becomes available.
You can access these FAQs on the IBC Customer Central at https://ibc.doi.gov/HRD/FAQs. Please note that there are unique situations that may deviate from these FAQs.
IBC has also developed an example to help employees calculate the total OASDI deferred repayment amount and bi-weekly repayment amounts.
IBC continues to work diligently to make FPPS system changes to accommodate the extended repayment period while awaiting official guidance from OMB and OPM.
