Electronic Custody and Control Form Capability

IBC is partnering with vendor Abbott during the first quarter of FY 2021 to introduce customers to new functionality in the doi.edrugtest.com environment. This new feature will allow customers to schedule drug tests immediately online, without the wait for paperwork or supplies to be delivered. Known as eCCF or eCOC, this added functionality will put an end to delivery wait times and decrease result turnaround time.
