Instructional Systems Specialist

The position is located in the Division of Technical Training (DTT), Directorate for Program Support, Office of Surface Mining Reclamation and Enforcement (OSMRE), Department of Interior (DOI) and serves as the senior specialist performing a full range of instructional curriculum design and development activities. The incumbent provides expert instructional systems design and development support and guidance to Bureau/Agency customers and team members for a wide range of activities involved in establishing and enforcing a standardized instructional systems development process for delivering training at all levels of the organization.

The Acquisition Policy Fellowship is a prestigious career development program centered on experiential learning, coaching, and mentoring. Via a 6-month temp promotion job rotation to the Washington Contracting Office, the fellow works with Acquisition Policy Office team members and other stakeholders on a variety of contract policy, evaluation, and outreach activities.
