Join the DOI Project Team and the Interior Business Center for training on how to use DOI Talent to complete the final steps in closing out FY 2020 performance plans including year-end input and accomplishments. Employees, Rating, and Reviewing Officials. Enroll in one of several training sessions in DOI Talent or search for "paperless" in the DOI Talent Find Learning-Courses menu. A recorded video presentation is also available ‘on demand’ for employees.
