Weatherization Program Notice BIL-6: Applicability of Davis-Bacon Act Prevailing Wage Requirements to WAP BIL

Issued Jan. 25, WPN BIL-6 provides guidance on the Davis-Bacon Act as applicable to Bipartisan Infrastructure Law grants.

In addition, a web page and training video are forthcoming.

LCPtracker is not currently open, but we expect it will be online in February. DOE will send a message once it is ready for use.
