Issued March 3, 2023, WPN 23-6 clarifies criteria used by the U.S. Department of Energy's Weatherization Assistance Program for evaluation of Grantee compliance with 10 CFR 440.21; simplifies the process by which Grantees submit energy audit procedures, priority lists, materials lists, and lists of general heat waste reduction measures to DOE for approval every five years pursuant to 10 CFR 440.21(i).
