The DOE Office of Science (SC) program in Accelerator Research and Development and Production (ARDAP) hereby announces its interest in applications for technology R&D for particle accelerators. Particle accelerators provide sources of particles and radiation used in scientific research, medicine, industrial processing, security, environmental, and other applications. Applications are sought that (1) conduct cross-cutting use-inspired basic research and development (R&D) to advance the state of the art in accelerator science and technology (AS&T); (2) conduct collaborative R&D, technology transfer, and industrialization activities that strengthen domestic suppliers of accelerator technology; or (3) support industry or university investigators to make collaborative use of the accelerator R&D capabilities at the DOE National Laboratories.
